Fine Cheese Co Fruit for Cheese

Jars of paste-like fruit for cheese. To serve run a knife around the inside edge of the jar and place on a plate or spoon straight from the jar. 

Fig - dried figs, cane sugar, bramley apple puree, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice. Serve with mild cheese such as Mayfield. 

Quince - quince puree, cane sugar. Serve with hard cheese such as Cheddar, Manchego, or Pecorino.
