We are an accredited Academy of Cheese training partner, currently offering the Level 1: Associate course.

We offering fun, informal classes in our shop in Chapel Allerton where you'll spend the day with us learning about cheese, meeting our mongers, gaining an insight into how a cheesemongers works and of course eating cheese all day! You'll be provided with course materials and refreshments throughout the day.
If you're further away, and would prefer a virtual course, we are also offering the same training via Zoom. We'll send all the materials and cheeses out to you so you'll have everything you need to study with us from home!
We have a high pass rate for our delegates - so train with us!
