We love these sweet Italian figs with any cheese particularly blue cheeses and softs.

The figs from Calabria are slow-baked for 12 hours then wrapped in fig leaves - resulting in a taste of molasses with a liquorice-like intensity. Delicious! Looks stunning on any cheeseboard.
