The Harrogate (50 - 80 people)

Our celebration cheese cakes are special order items and as such we require at least two weeks notice to ensure we can get the stock required. Should you have left it a little late please do still get in touch via email and we'll see what we can do in your timeframe. 

Our Harrogate celebration cake consists of:

Quicke's Mature Cheddar (roughly 2kg / diameter 26cm)

Colston Bassett Stilton (roughly 2kg / diameter 20cm)

Baron Bigod Brie (roughly 1kg / diameter 19.5cm)

Yoredale Wensleydale (roughly 900g / diameter 15cm)

You can then choose which cheese to top your cake with from the following options:

Coeur Neufchâtel - Traditional Rennet, Cow, Raw Milk 

Tor - Veggie, Goat, Raw Milk

Pavé Cobble - Veggie, Ewe, Raw Milk

Eve - Veggie, Goat, Raw Milk, Cider Brandy, Vine Leaf

Dorstone - Traditional Rennet, Goat, Pasteurised Milk

You will receive a minimum of 5.9kg of cheese, which would feed between 50 and 80 people.
