The Sholebroke (30 - 50 people)

Our celebration cheese cakes are special order items and as such we require at least two weeks notice to ensure we can get the stock required. Should you have left it a little late please do still get in touch via email and we'll see what we can do in your timeframe. 

Our Sholebroke celebration cake consists of:

Baron Bigod Brie (roughly 1kg / diameter 19.5cm)

Half Baby Colston Bassett Stilton (roughly 1kg)

Whole Kirkhams Lancashire Truckle (roughly 1kg)

You can then choose which cheese to top your cake with from the following options:

Tor - Veggie, Goat, Raw Milk

Pavé Cobble - Veggie, Ewe, Raw Milk

Eve - Veggie, Goat, Raw Milk, Cider Brandy, Vine Leaf

Dorstone - Traditional Rennet, Goat, Pasteurised Milk

Coeur Neufchâtel - Traditional Rennet, Cow, Raw Milk 

You will receive a minimum of 3.2kg of cheese, which would feed between 30 and 50 people.
