The Methley (90 - 130 people)

Our celebration cheese cakes are special order items and as such we require at least two weeks notice to ensure we can get the stock required. Should you have left it a little late please do still get in touch via email and we'll see what we can do in your timeframe. 

Our Methley celebration cake consists of our biggest number of layers, perfect for those who love variety or struggle to make a decision:

Dale End Cheddar (roughly 2kg / diameter 26cm)

Kirkhams Lancashire (roughly 2kg)

Baron Bigod Brie (roughly 1kg)

Cornish Yarg (roughly 1.7kg)

Half Baby Stilton (roughly 1.1kg)

Dorstone Goat or Coeur Neufchâtel (roughly 200g)

You will receive a minimum of 9kg of cheese, which would feed between 90 to 120 people.

You also have the option to add in an extra layer of Ewe's milk Tomme Brûlée (roughly 700g) to feed up to 130 people.
