We're looking for a skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee retail operations and lead our team to success. Responsible for managing shop activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.
Duties
• Supervise and motivate shop staff to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
• Train new employees on shop procedures and product knowledge
• Implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Manage card procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
Experience & Requirements
The successful candidate should possess:
• Previous experience in team management and supervising roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales management experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service practices
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
• The ability to work some evenings and weekends
