Cancellations & Refunds
Because our cheeses are prepared fresh and many are perishable, we have a few simple policies to be upfront and fair.
Changing your mind before dispatch
If you need to cancel an order before it’s been dispatched or prepared, we’re happy to help.
A £5 non-refundable payment processing and handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
This covers card processing fees and the admin involved in preparing your order.
Prefer store credit?
If you’d rather not lose the £5, we’re always happy to issue the full order value as a gift card instead.
After dispatch or preparation
Once an order has been dispatched, prepared for delivery, or made ready for collection, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to scratch, please contact us straight away and we’ll put it right.
